Hello my fashion-fiends ...:-) i preperate one more delicasy recipe for beginners ''master''chefs like me... ;-) i love the chinese food..... i would like to eat it everyday... and learn to cook the traditional recipes... in Thessaloniki, it's difficult to find shops to sell chinese products.. :-( .I present to you..the most mild chinese recipe (from our Greek chef Vasilis Kallidhs, who i <3 and follow..) with sweet-chilli sauce. .my favorite....

dont' forget to serve with aromatic basmatic rice..
we need 6 tablespoons of aromatic sesame to saute 800gr pork..
then, we saute:
-the onions(one big, cropped at thick slices)
-the green peppers(2 -//- -//-)
after one minute, caramelize them with 6 tablespoons soy(SOYIA) sauce.
then, we comple the food with extra tip of 1 can of bamboo sprouts
4-5 cloves of garlic and 250gr sweet-chilli sauce!
i'm ready serve to my lovely friends...
note: we can cook the same recipe with chicken and serve with spaggeti!
i suggest us to use colourful peppers & extra tip of taste: pine cone, instead of gloves of garlic!
